How we set these prices
Forecasting and scheduling software for hospitality usually costs €40–€200 per location each month and often needs till integrations. Footfall needs no hardware or setup, so we priced it for owners, not analysts.
Does it pay for itself? Illustrative example: if one better-timed order a month avoids wasting a tray of 24 pastries at €3.50 each, that's €84 saved, more than four times the Essentials price.
| Tool | What it does | Typical price |
|---|---|---|
| Tenzo | Restaurant analytics and forecasting | £80–£200 per location a month |
| 5-Out | AI sales forecasting for restaurants | $50–$100 per location a month |
| Lineup.ai | Demand forecasting and scheduling | From $79 a month |
| 7shifts | Staff scheduling for restaurants | $40–$150 per location a month |
| PredictHQ | Event data for demand forecasting | Free tier; paid from about $500 a year |
| Footfall counters | In-store people counting | About $99 per location a month, plus hardware |
| Footfall | Local events and weather, matched to your orders | €0–€19 for one location |
